A seminar looking at the future of energy generation, and the roles magnetics will play. Delegates from industry and academia will hear about many types of generation and related subjects, including fusion, wind, and tidal energy generation, and materials, machine design, research directions and more.
The programme is being developed, and there’ll be more details as they’re finalised. A tour of Durham University’s Superconductivity facilities or a short tour of the School of Engineering including the energy conversion and wind tunnel labs will be included in the seminar.
